JIT Manager is primarily used in manufacturing environments that require strict discipline and synchronization for Just in Time methodologies and complete integration with external ERP systems, while offering the flexibility to quickly add stations or products in response to changes in market demands. Our solution provides many core MES features “off the shelf” and when implemented by Tegron, will be configured to your specific manufacturing and customer environment.
JIT Manager provides core error-proofing and lot-trace capability for key operations and components, which verify component compatibility with the product on which they are being installed. JIT Manager provides a central data storage location for all production and test data. This allows key production statistics to be tracked and reported on, to assist with the identification of production process issues and/or bottlenecks.
JIT Manager provides a completely enabled ERP interface to receive electronic production orders. Our solution makes all required information available to the systems and personnel on the plant floor so that the correct products can be produced according to the end user’s schedule.
In addition, the functionality of our solution includes product/quality audit stations and final shipping verification, which ensure that only fully tested and lot-traced product is delivered to your customer (in the proper sequence). Closed-loop integration with the ERP system provides transactional production and shipper data.
